To shop at DESIGNERS-FIRST.com, you will need to do the following:

  1. Browse our catalog, and select the products you would like to purchase by adding them to your "cart."
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Choose your payment and shipping options.
  4. Accept terms and Conditions
  5. Double check that everything is correct, and place order.

All prices include Danish VAT which applies to orders shipped to any European Union country. Orders for the rest of the world are not subject to Danish VAT and as such will not include Danish VAT. All prices are "day prices." All orders placed on DESIGNERS-FIRST.com originate in Danish.

Orders are confirmed by mail.

Collection of personal information

To make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

We collect personal information to be able to process and deliver your order.

The personal information you enter to make a purchase will be registered at DESIGNERS-FIRST.com and will be saved for five years and then deleted.

No personal data or information collected is passed on to third parties, unless 100% vetted by DESIGNERS-FIRST.com. However, your first name, last name and email address will be used for ratings at TrustPilot.com

Registered customers always have the right to object to the registration of personal information. You also have the right to know what personal information we have registered at any time. You rights are according to the Danish law regarding the collection and storing of personal information, and any questions should be directed to DESIGNERS-FIRST.com via email info@designers-first.com


Our mission is to give our customers the best design, best quality, and the best customers service, all at a fair price. Hence we have shortened the supply chain by removing all non-value added links. Instead we invest in guaranteeing the very best customer experience. Our products are as a baseline only sold at DESIGNERS-FIRST.com. All discounts and campaigns are always available at DESIGNERS-FIRST.com.

You can pay with Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and mobile pay. A processing fee will be added when paying with credit cards. Payment is not charged until orders ship.


For most orders, delivery is within one to three days after order acceptance, because we carry an inventory of most of our products. If we are not able to meet our delivery goal, we will contact you with the expected delivery date. We always strive to execute all orders as fast as possible.

DESIGNERS-FIRST offer free shipping on all eligible sale orders to the European Union. For deliveries in Denmark we use GLS, and your package will be delivered to the nearest shipping shop.

Future products can sometimes be pre-order or reserved, as such delivery cannot be specified precisely and will be noted on the order confirmation.


We pack all of our products safe and secure in very durable packaging material. If the delivered shipping box has any sign of damage or has any visible sign of damaged content, it has to be noted on the associated invoice at time of package acceptance. If the damage is not noted at the time of delivery, it has to be brought to the attention of DESIGNERS-FIRST via e-mail to info@designers-first.com within ten days after delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged shipping box, for use in our internal follow-up.

Force Majeure

We are committed to standing by our delivery goals. On the rare occasions where we can't meet our delivery goals, due to unforeseen events, which could not be avoided through normal business practice will compensation be warranted.

By "rare occasions" we mean, situations that could not have been foreseen or avoided, not even with reasonable precautions. Especially with meteorological events, hazardous conditions, and strikes which may interfere occur on the delivery route.

Return Policy due damage

In the rare event of any of the products in your order happen to be damaged, please send an email to info@designers-fist.com..

We ask that you include as many details as possible so that we can process your request as fat as possible, our goal is a three business day turn around. Please include the following in the email:

  • Order number.
  • 3-5 image of the damaged product, including close-up and an overview picture.
  • Description of the damage and when and how it happened.

All our products include a six months warranty and also another 18 months f extended warranty. However, we don't warrant the following:

  • Normal wear and tear. Depending on the mode and construction some wrinkles will occur in the fabric due to regular use.
  • Damage due to wrong or non-existent maintenance.
  • Mounting and install not done according to instructions.
  • Touch transfer of other objects and fabrics, including clothes, and soil spot as a result of food items, liquids, etc.
  • All fabrics release or creates small balls of fibers on the surface, also called "Pilling." It is not a defect, but a natural property of the material. Most of the fiber balls visible are fibers from plaids or clothes or even excess fiber material.
  • Use of the product in a way it was not designed or intended.

Returns due to damage, discovered under routine examination of the product after delivery, needs to be submitted to DESIGNERS-FIRST.com by email, within ten business days after delivery. For products bought as a present, the ten days are after unwrapping.

Additionally, the Danish law for regarding customer purchases also applies to all purchases from our webshop.

Return Policy

We are pleased and proud that you chose to shop at DESIGNERS-FIRST.com, and we hope that you will just as happy for your product as we are. It is our goal that you are always satisfied with what you bought from us, so please let us know if your buying experience was anything short of excellent. If you regret your purchase for any reasons within the first 30 days, we offer a no hazel return process. The return period includes the mandatory 14 by Danish law. The no hazel return process is as follow:

1) Inform us at info@designers-first.com, include your order number and intention to return your purchase. 2) Wrap the article in the original packaging and place the barcode sticker on the box and deliver to a GLS’ shipping shop. DESIGNERS-FIRST charges a small administration fee of 75 DKK no matter the size of the package.

This amount will be deducted from your refund. The article must be in new and unused condition and returned in original packaging. You always have the right to un-pack try out the product.

When we receive the return back from you, it will be inspected by our quality department to determine if the product has lost any value due to use. If the value of the product has is reduced due to clear evidence of use, you will not receive the full purchase price. Any proof of usage will thoroughly be documented, and this includes a description of the observations including detailed pictures.

The following guidelines are in place for all returns.

The product condition returned in original packaging:

* No evidence of use (like new) = full purchase price minus 75.00 DKK.

* Evidence of limited use (gentle use) = 75% of the purchase price, minus 75.00 DKK.

* Evidence of excessive use (heavy use) = 25% of the purchase price, minus 75.00 DKK.

The product condition returned in non-original packaging:

* No evidence of use (like new) = 75% of the purchase price minus 75.00 DKK.

* Evidence of limited use (gentle use) = 50% of the purchase price, minus 75.00 DKK.

* Evidence of excessive use (heavy use) = 25% of the purchase price, minus 75.00 DKK.

Returns have to be initiated within 30 days after delivery of the product.

You can't regret your purchase by declining delivery without clearly notifying us of your intent. If a package is not picked up at the designated GLS shipping shop, all costs related to returning the package to DESIGNERS-FIRST.com be subtracted from the purchase price.
